It causes many side-effects. if patients use OTC drugs along with prescription drug it causes the drug to drug interaction and increases the side-effects. It causes higher risk and adverse effects. tell the patient to use OTC drugs only with doctor permission if they need really.
3, Explain the patient before using a nasal inhaler, blow your nose and remove mucus. remove the cap of the inhaler. slightly tilt the head backward. close the nose that not receiving the drug, gently press the nasal inhaler bottle side of your affected nose and take a deep breath as soon as squeeze the bottle. wait for 10seconds in the same position.
