Remember - the P needs to be specific, the "I" nerds to be clear enough for you to understand what the researcher intends to do, snd there must be a wsy to measure and /or compare the "o". Stress is considered as one of the most influential initiator of mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety. Diagnostic therapies and instruments can help nurses to identify the problem or the issue. However, these tools can initiate stress among the patients as they can elicit any historical trauma or past experience of the patients.

PICOT question 2: how effective is the hands-only CPR (I) in comparison to the hands plus breathing CPR (C) in community dwelling adults (P) at preventing mortality (O)?

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is considered as a lifesaving intervention for the patients at the verge of death. However, studies have proved that hands-only CPR is much effective in preventing mortality in comparison to the hands plus breathing CPR. Preventing mortality through CPR in community dwelling adults is an important problem which needs to be focused with best possible intervention.

Resilience training among nursing students is one of the most important component of their nursing performance. Lower resilience is an influential problem among the nurses hence proper resilience training should be provided to the nursing students in order to boost their performance.
