The concept of justice in general terms refers to ethical, fair and equal treatment, treating people in a non-prejudicial manner. Justice in health refers to the concept of individuals with the same conditions have the same treatment options and receive the same quality of care.

In your initial post, discuss the barriers that could prevent an individual from receiving the same treatment options as another individual.

For the equality of care and treatment to be provided in the health care settings, there are many barriers which are listed below.

• Highly income social groups and official people present in the societey and the class and grouping system that obviously works as a barrier to provide equal care.
• Cultural patterns or diversities also works on differential treatment or care provided.
• Favorism to the people well known to the staff is also one of the barrier.
• Also patients who were suffering with chronic infectious fatal conditions with low income cannot be treated efficiently.
• Favours and bribes from economically well groups will make other groups to get inadequate treatment.
