• Primary objective for the intervention should be focused on self care enhancement, self activity improvement and things that improve the self esteem of the client with these disoredr, cause person with these disorder will have very lack in these things.
• Motivate the client to be active person in all of their therapy and treatment process
• Have a short and simple explanation before going start any kind of procedure or therapy.
• Keep the client in a home based atmosphere and maintain their social mind
• Always maintain a safe environment with protective measure that is free from all kind of risk for injuries.
• Help the client to stick with the medication intake and follow up care.
