1.each ml of kcl concentrate contain 2meq of kcl.here 20 meq per day..Ie 10 ml/day.in a month total 30×10 ml=300ml

2.weight of child= 77lbs ie 35 kg.so 5-10 mg/kg 8 hrly is the dose.so the dose is 35(5-10)mg/kg ie 175-350 mg/kg/per dose..The daily dose is 525-1050 mg per day.

2b.5ml is 100mg .So per dose is 8.75 ml to 17.5 ml per dose

3.total parts is 5.400 ml divided to 5..Ie 1 part is 80 ml.so maalox 160 ml.lidocaine 80 ml and diphenhydramine 160 ml

4.a.glycopyrolate concentration is 0.2 mg/ml.in 90 ml solution.90×0.2=18 mg of glycopyrolate.i
