Answer) It is a type of disorder or behaviour which can cause oneself or others harm.

Aggression is at its peak at the age of around 4 years in preschool age children. Aggression involves hitting, kicking, shouting and throwing. Aggression results in harming oneself and harming others physically or mentally. They get involve in instrumental aggression. There are many other type of aggressions such as overt aggression, relational aggression. Physical and verbal aggression can cause many problems in life of preschool children.

Maintaining the emotional level can regulate the amount of aggression. Maintaining emotional level is the first step to regulate aggression. Compromising over small things may also help. Emotional regulation is the main key to regulate aggression. Emotional regulation,awareness, acceptance and proficiency are the skills one must obtain in order to treat aggression.
