It has a strong cultural heritage that makes challenges for economic development, The majority of the rural community living under the poverty they have lower median houses hold income and lower per capita income.thier occupation in the rural area mostly farming, fishing and foresting and have lower education. There is a great challenge in the lower education level, more unemployment rates, the highest poverty level. they have common issues on access to care, attitude and cultural values and perceptions. Their cultural strength and preference highly affect their health-seeking behavior. there was a chronic illness and noncommunicable disease burden in the lower and middle-income countries. the poor households face difficulty access chronic care in rural areas. Weak availability and unaffordability and lack of health access coverage and poor acceptability often do not seek care. As a nurse helping this community to better health and preventable care is a major barrier due to limited resources, technology, and health care providers shortage. their cultural beliefs make the nurses work more challenged. new programs, education, funds, communication, culturally competent care improve their health and prevent chronic disease.
