The patient complains of nervousness, weight loss, irritability, and fatigue. It is the signs and symptoms of Hyperthyroidism.

In Hyperthyroidism, thyroid hormones T3(triiodothyronine) and T4(thyroxine) level Increases in the blood which increase the basal metabolism and cause weight loss. This may be due to excess secretion of TSH (thyroid stimulation hormone)so, the doctor should advise T3, T4, and TSH(Thyroid stimulation hormone) test to confirm the Hyperthyroidism.
