The direct influence of IOM report on Nursing education and leadership focused on achieving higher levels of education and practice from improved education system from academic overviews. The report includes improvement of nursing education standards like increase of students ratio in Bachelor Of Sciences In Nursing (BSN) degree course.along with doctors by the year of 2020. In admission into BSN the student has to have at least 60% score in Intermediate as entry level into the course. Nurses should develop independent skills to increase work forces in clinical settings and reach for higher further educations like MSN, Phd and other higher courses which will elevate the standards of the profession. Along with education nurses has to develop leadership skills during their education level to become a back bone to the organizations.
