1. Improving access to healthcare: making it available in remote areas, setting up of mobile units, dispatching teams to endemic areas, etc
2. Increasing the affordability: practising the footsteps of certain European nations which have better health policies which allows minimum out of pocket expenditures while availing healthcare facilities
3. Ensuring proper funding: A good chunk of the GDP should be allotted to healthcare. This will bring about the required changes in both infrastructure and personnel
4. Include public sector: With the involvement of public sector, the cost of healthcare would go down significantly
5. Schemes for the underprivileged: Certain health benefits can be provided at a nominal rate or free of cost to those below the poverty line
