Answer #1

Many companies typically follow the balanced scorecard method for measuring operating performance. Many companies today are forced to take a 360-degree view of performance by focusing on monitoring, evaluating, and acting on a small number of key performance indicators (KPIs) that most affect the success of the organizations.

With the KPI balanced scorecard, there are four specific points of view to take: Financial perspective – monitoring financial performance. Customer perspective – tracking customer satisfaction, behaviors, and market share goalsInternal process perspective – deals for internal organizational goals needed to meet consumer objectives.

To sum up, KPIs are a vital part of organizational management, appropriate and applicable throughout all divisions of the organization. In the area of integrated strategic planning and management framework, Balanced Scorecard took a featured spot. Adopting the KPI plan approach has created an opportunity for companies to develop performance measures which are specifically associated with and in support of the corporate strategy.
