Answer: Olive oils contains very less amount of saturated fats and provides good cholesterol (HDL) which is beneficial for our health. Olive oil provides many nutrients which decreases the risk of heart diseases. Replacing other oil with olive oil in cooking food or salad dressing etc can be beneficial for us.
