Ascorbic acid normal dose for adults 70 to 150mg daily
Normal dose of Thiamine per day not more than 1.2mg /day

Vitamin B6 normal dose for males 1.3mg/day
Patient taking overdose of vitamin supplements. Multivitamins are a
combination of many different vitamins ,it is useful to get
vitamins for our body and to treat vitamin deficiency..Overdose of
vitamins can cause serious or life threatening side effects..It is
not advisable to take more than one vitamin at a time,it can
serious side effects..over dose multivitamin can cause stomach
pain,vomiting,diarrhea, constipation,loss of appetite, hair
loss,bone break down, weight loss,head ache,joint bone,bleeding
disorder and easy bruising..Patient can take supplementary vitamins
through foods rich in vitamins..It will never give any side
effects..

- 1 greek yogurt
-1 glass of orange juice
- 1 bowl of half cooked carrot rice
- 5piece of grilled sweet potatoes

snack:
-2 cheese stuffed mushroom
