If iam working with a mother whose newborn is allergic to milk protein.

The babies Shows symptoms like gastrointestinal problems like vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, blood in stools, in skin hives and eczema, wheezing, irritability, facial swelling , poor growth due to poor absorption of nutrients.

For that type of babies should give only mothers milk, exclusive breastfeeding is important, that means only breast feeding up to six months, because newborn babies can not tolerate for out side cow milk, due to poor immune system.

And some other formulas like,

For these babies appropriate food source is amino acid based formulas, soya formulas, partially hydrolyses formulas, extensively hydrolysed formulas,
