It is defined as it is a medical term of stroke. Due to decreased blood circulation to the brain by blocking blood vessels or By rupture of blood vessels, there is a loss of functional part of the brain leads to loss of body functions called as cerebro vascular attack.

In Baltimore city heart diseases are nomber one cause for death and stroke is the number three cause of death in Baltimore city.
