16) Healthcare organization is the most believed place of a sick person.A hospital can run effectively only when there is a good quality of care delivered to the patients. This is possible when there is adequate number of health care professionals to meet the needs.

For instance if there is well furnished ,sophisticated, advanced technologies available to treat patients but if there is no staff or less qualified person to handle the equipment .Service cannot be rendered to the patients which will impact the quality and vies versa.

17)The process of recruitment has five steps

  • Recruitment planning: a planning of staffing requirements should be on the basis of needs to fill the designation and its advantages
  • Strategy development :a proper strategy is necessary while recruiting to avoid unfit candidate selection It depends on the number of employees ,type if recruitment, type of source and area
  • Searching :The selection of right person from either internal or external source will be done
  • Screening :The selected candidates will be screened and shortlisted for the work
  • Evaluation and control:This is the last process where the validity and the process are assessed because the process of recruitment is costly. Hence it is evaluated and controlled for success.
