SOCIAL IDENTITY : Social identity is defined as a sense of persons on who they are based on their membership groups, which group the people belong to such as their social class, family, origin, etc depending on their self pride and respect.

The use of four lenses in the study of diversity help to develop awareness and integration of cultural developments by making informed decisions, which show an impact on cultural diversity and resources of development present in society as well as individuals.
