MEDICAID CERTIFICATION : Medicaid certification is defined as a process of providing medicaid or medicare bills or reimbursement to the providers. It also meets the requirements for medicare centers and medicaid services of hospital organizations.

ACCREDITATION OF HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATIONS : It is defined as the accreditation of health care agencies by the joint commission , national committee of quality assurance, American medical accredited program, American health care commission and accredited association for ambulatory health care to provide health care services.

EXAMPLE of the regulations about documentation standards of medicare is - missing or incomplete signed order form from the documentation against the regulations due to involuntary or voluntary actions of the team of health care agencies can cause a rift between the health care agencies and organizations in the health sectors.
