Based on the paragraph below, what thought or conclusion could we make about the aging process?

Carolina is not a fearful person and does not fear death, but she is not ready to die yet. Her mother lived 100 years, so she still has 20 more years to live. Even though she is nota fearful person, she had some concerns about international poverty. Since the government does not really want to solve problems related to that. Another point is that she has no regrets about her younger years. She was a good girl and used to eat at home, instead of going out and getting drunk. One of the things she might have done differently if she could relive her adult life was probably to have more time relaxing, reading, and travelling. Finally, the best piece of advice she could give a teenager is to learn to listen to other people, be tolerant, read a lot instead of always using his/her cell phone, respect their parents, learn to be grateful, and study hard in order to get scholarships.

Reading the above article about ageing one can form a conclusion that when one ages the regrets are generally about things that could have been done and not ones that were already done.Also one becomes wiser as one ages and wishes to share this knowledge with the world
