STEP 1 CONVERT LBS TO POUNDS= 132/2.2=60KG

STEP 2  FIND THE DOSE BY THE USING THE FORMULA = 

SIZE OF CLIENT X ORDER = DOSE  60 X 5 =300 MCG

STEP 3 

D=300 MCG

H=300MCG

Q=0.5 ML

X= ? ML 

SOLUTION = 300/300 X 0.5= 0.5 ML
