Imagine that you live in a formerly socialist country and that the health system is soon to be opened to private investment. Which kinds of regulatory mechanisms might be put in place to optimize efficiency and equity?

In a socialise country if the health system were privatised then it will be very difficult to optimise the efficiency and equity. when the problem were starting at the basic level it has to get its own control over it. In a socialised country it will be easy to have the control, when the privatisation were happening the focused will be changed to the materialistic thing and profit minded. So the equity and getting the vulnerable population adequate care. Also the vulnerable may be difficult along with the care and treatment and there is emergency were happening this will make a big issue. As the private patnership has to make the equality those have difficulty to assess the services should be given some benefits or welfare schemes so that they can also avail the same. On the other hand who all are not in need of the support no need to get the welfare benefits and which will inturn help the government have a control over the same. Also there should be adequate reporting system with health care management team and there were in direct supervision of the government parties can help for the same.
