Name an obstacle that can prevent you from engaging in meditation. How could you overcome that obstacles?

Meditation refers to a state of being calm by bringing the mind or consciousness under control.

There are various reasons which can be an obstacle in engaging in meditation ,which are as following

• Distractions like noise,mid day light
• Feeling dizzy or sleepy during meditation
• A string desire to meditate which can distract one from concentrating on particular thing
• A person performing meditation has a doubt whetherthey could do it on not
• Feeling agitated
• Emotional disturbances like anger,sadness,annoying nature can 've a hinderens in meditating
• Crowded places

The obstacles can be overcome by some simple ways

• Avoiding crowded, noisy places and selecting a place which is nature friendly and calm
• Have a good night time sleep ,so that meditating in morning is not interrupted due to sleepiness.Ensure anti anxiety, sedatives are taken at the right time and a good quality sleep is achieved before getting up in morning
• Make the mind simple in thought process rather by having a string desire that "I should meditate today somehow "
• Practice in early morning
• A good or pleasant smelling incense stick can be litted energise oneself and concentrate during meditation
• Schedule the time for doing meditation
