Following are some crucial knowledge and important skills that every health care professional need to have while taking care of this client.

• Every medical professional primarily need to have some basic knowledge about other cultural backgrounds regarding their food patterns, dressings, customs in conversation and relationship behavior.
• If the health professional doesn't know the language of the client he may request some intermediate to handle the client properly.
• Important skills include maintaining interpersonal relationships by means of good conversation, having better understanding of their foods, conversation without have face to face interaction in some case are very specific skills needs to learn by the health care professional.
• One of the serious issues while handling this kinds of client are refusing to touch them while giving care, as in this situation the health professional need to adjust and find the alternatives by means of negotiation. In any ways the health care provider should not cross the ethics and limits of medical society.
