According to me 14 day embryo or just fertilized , once conception occurred , he/she is a human being who has rights to live in this world. As the embryo's development progresses ,in 280 days he/she will become a person. In terms of development 14 days embryo is in blastocyst stage which is still to get implanted in the uterus. In the embryonic stage itself , a human embryo is considered human .Conception is considered beginning of a life.
According to Noonan, once the conception has occurred the new being formed will have own genetic coding. Genetic coding determines the characteristics, features , intelligence and the development . Once genetic code received , the embryo is a man.
According to Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith, life once created by conception should be safeguarded from hateful crimes and given more care. Once the egg of woman gets fertilized , the newly formed is not of the father and mother , but a human being who has all rights to live the adventure of human life.
