= 62.5 mg/ml

The medication is to be administered over 2 minutes.

In two minutes 2 ml will be administered having 125 mg.

2 minutes = 2 x 60 = 120 seconds

In 120 seconds 2 ml will be administered

2ml/120

= 0.017 ml/sec

= 0.25 ml in 2 minutes
