Development of critical thinking skills- The skill relates to the development of reasoning and applying logic while performing activities either during listening, reading or performing any task. This skill is highly important in present times when a person is bombarded with lot of information and they need to reflect introspect on the various facets of the information to understand it's relevance ,imprtance and application

Co-creation of knowledge and meaning- This is a collaborative process through which you partner with different individual to create new ideas, Processes,solutions ,products and skills. This is a practice of learning from different beliefs, practices and implementing them collaboratively to achieve better outcome

Reflection- Reflection involves assimilation of new learning and then thinking it to reflect upon the existing thoughts and what you already know and then to adapt accordingly the process will enable to develop critical thinking

Transformative learning- Transformative learning involves critically analysing underlying premises and this includes challenging your existing beliefs, revisiting your understanding of oneself and at the same time changing your action to accomodate for the new promises challenging your thoughts.
