i dont understand what my teacher is saying is it possible to show me an example?

Submit your request in the form of a pre-proposal email to this "Assignments" folder. Your correspondence should include a purpose statement within the introduction that is clear and concise. The body of the email should include both background information into the website and a justification for your choice. Include a strong call to action in the conclusion and an automatic signature at the end. Take care to maintain a strong reader focus throughout your discussion.

I XYZ would like to take a permission to conduct a research study at your esteemed institution.the problem statement for my study is A experimental study to assess the effectiveness of skill based workshop on the overall student outcome at the end of the polytechnic course.My sample size would be 120students of 60 would be control group .the outcome will be assessed on the basis of pretest and post test on various skill based questions .This university has many technical courses which makes it the most preferred university to conduct the study .the study would be conducted in classrooms during the office timings .
