Answer #1

I have learned that during the course of my life, it's that you can't ever expect everything to go the way you planned. Whether you're talking about business plans, investing plans, relationship plans, travel plans--you name it--life rarely does exactly what we expect it to. Curveballs are a normal and expected part of life, and the sooner we get used to that idea, the sooner we can move on.

Rather than let those inevitable curveballs get you down, however, they are a great way to improve yourself--as long as you take the necessary steps to recover from the unexpected and keep moving forward.

I have been into an abusive relationship.i was afraid to talk to my parents about it because it was my sole decision to marry this guy. but finally I gained the courage to talk with parents and they supported me and i escaped from this.

When life throws you curveballs, doing these things will make you feel better about the world--and yourself.

1)take the courage to talk with friends relatives friends, psychologists.

2)wait.time can heal everything.

3)take the courage to take new decisions.

4)reevaluate the way you used to do things.

5)keep hope and work for better.

6)find solutions and ways and proceed to do it.

7)use the situations for you to grow.

8)accept the change

9)keep an open mind

My whole life I have definitely been a type A person. I have always been goal-oriented and very driven to succeed. I don’t think that is necessarily a bad thing, but it can definitely lead to stress. In college I had a very demanding engineering major. I also worked part time. Between homework and work I was extremely busy, so I would be very upset if anything got in the way of what I needed to do. Traffic jams would...
