Canyou survive for a day or more
without your cell phone or social media friends?
How do you feel about the idea of having time to decompress? Do you know that you need something in order to feel relaxed, like a certain scent, beverage, blanket? Or maybe it's just a clean desk? Do you believe that you could forgo your cell and social media friends for a day? Why do you think we are reading an article about the benefits of quiet? Is this something you think about often? How can you relate the idea of quiet being something valuable to your own life?
Frankly speaking , I am not a social media addict . I use social media on average basis only . Usage of phones has become a part of our every aspect of life . It is connected to our life like oxygen necessary for survival . Without phone people get stuck because they have connected everything of their life to it . For example - people don't even know their close relatives phone numbers because it is feed in the phone ,if you ask them to say they say that let me check in thw phone. Second example is people used to pay their bills through net , do thwir bank dealing through net . All over , we can say that everything is done through phone .
Decompressing ourselves helps to helps to relax and for me decompress is to be in a place where I am surrounded by green lush nature including trees , waterfalls etc . Yes , I believe that I could forgo my cell and social media friends for a day. Quiet means to leave . It can be a habit , place , food etc . When something becomes a habit , or crosses a limit quiet becomes necessary to work properly .
