Delusion is afalse unshakable belief of an individual.for instance::In delusion state a person think that he is God.

Hallucination is afalse perception of a person.

1.Auditory hallucinations:you feel that sounds come from your mind.for instance you feel that someone

asking you help him

2.visual hallucination:they only can see that one cockroach is running through your hands.

3 .olfactory hallucination:you can smell something which otbers cannot

4.gustatory hallucination:when you eat any delicious food ,you feel that the taste of food is bad.

5.somatic hallucination:you feel that someone is coming to kill you.
