Within the first few weeks of your employment the director approaches you to tell you that he needs you to undertake a research project.

You will come up with a problem that may impact the service line you are working for and answer the following:

• State the service line you have decided to work for.
• Discuss the focus of the research project you have been asked to undertake (be creative and state a problem that the department may be having)

Problem statement - A descriptive study to analyse the factors responsible for low quality emergency services .

#. In our organisation ,one of the lacking is the emergency services . The feedback provided by people coming to emergency is below average which puts the pressure on the administration to look over the situation and analyse the causes behind the problem . On analysis some of the factors causing these problems were - less number of staffs , less space availability , patient limit , unhygienic condition of emergency etc .
