Answer #1

Answer: Employers abuse employees most of the time as they want their employees to do extra work. Sometimes most of the females are abuse physically as well as mentally. The work pressure as well as extra working hours is also kind of abuse as it increases the stress among workers.

There should be restricted working hours so well as women safety helpline. The work pressure should be reduced and there should be rules and regulations for the employers regarding maintaining the discipline in the organization.
