1. Standards of care : the quality of care is essential in the Australian people. So standards of care is one of the legal point, if there is no quality in care, then it must be a legally complicated.
2. Consent, informed refusal and autonomy : before providing any care to the client and before doing any procedures to the clients, there must be need consent to take to prevent legal complications.
And self respect also should be given to the client, that means some times accept patient suggestions also.
3. Confidentiality and privacy : what ever the patient related information and and problems should be maintained confidentially, should not reveal to all the persons who are not authorized.
4. Negligence : should not be there while providing care to the clients.
