Nurse should keep in mind to follow the HIPAA rules and regulations.

The use of electronic health records in the healthcare organizations has made work more easier as compared to paper documentation but still there is risk of data misuse. The nurse should be very careful while providing the data to the healthcare provider. The system should be encrypted so as no misuse of information can tales place. The nurse should be more conscious regarding the entry of the information of the patients as due to single or minute error, patient can suffer with huge problem.
