Answer: Leadership and management skills are major components for the development of the organization. It is necessary to meet the standard of quality specially in case of healthcare organizations. So for the better management it is important to establish improved management plan for the greater funding. Some of the strategies or the approach that can be maintained such as:

• Obtaining financial resources: For greater funding it is necessary to identify the financial resources as from where the funding can be achieved. It is important to recognize the resources such as donors, public funding etc. Income producing activities can be involved for the better funding achievement.
• Monitoring the financial resources: In the healthcare organization, it is necessary to keep track on the resources such as the input and output results. There should be no misuse or the extra expenses that is not needed for the organization.
• Evaluating the cost of organization: It is more important to know the budget as well as the requirements of the organization to get idea of the funding budget.
• Careful use of resources: Simply increasing the staff members and they don't have much work to do creates burden on the financial status. Analysing this and providing responsibilities to individual. This will saves funds as well as resources.
