The Bit K 10 mg (vitamin K) is used to control bleeding. When a nurse or the concerned professionals who realises it is a dangerous order to the patient ,the first thing to be done is to inform the physician.

Some of the ways to approach a physician are

• Make sure the order can be harmful if administered(to maintain professionals dignity and knowledge by being right and not underestimated by a physician while reporting)
• Assess for the related problems or the existing problems which can be aggravated by administration of this drug.(remind the physician about the patient's history)
• Inform the physician if the patient is allergic to this medication
• If it can interact with other medication and possibly cause adverse reactions
