The patient privacy at the healthcare organization is one of the major concern. When the patient privacy becomes at risk as the information saved in the EHR( electronic health records) system. The clinical ethics includes the privacy provided according to HIPAA whereas the insitutional ethics involves the exchange of information in the healthcare organization with the professional. This causes breaching of data sometimes and there is conflict that HIPAA violation.
