This is an alternative hypothesis.

In this statement, it is very clearly proved that there is a statistical difference between adults who followed. The 8 week diet and exercise programme and those who didn’t. An empirical evidence has been deduced from this study which finds that there is a direct relation between complicance to thr program, HDL and LDL levels.
