Answer #1

Communication is an important tool in healthcare field for effective patient care and management.

People when communicating with other communities, race, opposite gender, races and ages should try to acknowledge their styles because this changes throughout the life .Every individual as they age communicate in different way for example a child can hardly communicate with few words or sentences whereas the teens are more furious ,in adulthood they think ,rationalize and then communicate ,these population are more specific and clear about what they try to tell in their style. Some may be shy to communicate, other very aggressive or arrogant .some may be assertive and others passive.

For eg.

Aggressive communication happens in a heated arguement

Passive communication occurs when someone did a mistake and apologizes

Assertive communication occurs when there is a clear idea ,honesty, good understanding etc., may be with a friend, boss, higher officials.

This is not possible in uniform style where the communication strategy is same for all emotions and events .They are constrained in a single view.

Hence it is important to follow different styles of communication.
