people will receive preventive care when they are disabled whether in a health care facility or home environment. when they disabled it influenced by intellectual mobility, health status. place of residences should avoid the barrier like stairs, sidewalk granting, narrow passage, etc. It also should be free from loud noise, signs, traffic signals, etc. The place of residence should be a new building with parks, hotels, sports,  recreational center, auditorium. place of residents with disabilities in social aspects like nondiscrimination in service delivery. equal treatment, laws should protect people with disabilities. US government makes new access for rehabilitation by providing tax incentives for money spent on their resident equipment use to increase access for disabled people. it also includes a spacious place and environment, educational facility to receive care. it should be a sensitive concern due to their physical and mental disabilities. help with disability advocacy, The need for the disability should be understood and addressed with standards. place of residents and outdoor environment should be implemented with laws and regulations to protect their rights, policy, and collaboration with accountability.
