6 .final dilition factor is = 1/4×1/2×1/5×1/10=1/400

7.concentration of tube 3 is = c1×v1=c2× V2 ( here C1 = initial concentration that is 100, C2 = final concentration , V1= initinal volumethat is 200ml initially , V2 = final volume that is 200+40= 240 ml )

100×200= c2× 240

C2= (100×200)/240= 83.3
