Project Management Development Ghana Limited is bidding a contract to build a garage for the Minister in Charge of Procurement. The project charter legal application indicates that; the PMD Ghana Ltd will receive $70,000 bonus for completing the project within 15 working days.  

 

The contract also contains a penalty clause in which the company will lose $60,000 for each day the project takes longer than 15 working days.

a) You have been appointed as the project consultant for Project Management Development Ghana Limited, critically analyze with firm points if the company is expected to receive a bonus or a penalty on this project?

b) Discuss how the project Work Breakdown Structure can be created and how useful it is to the Project Manager  

c) With of aid of diagram discuss the project constraints and its function C = f(P, T, S) that could affect Project Management Development Ghana Limited to lose $60,000 or more as penalty payment.
