1. The specific site of action of this drug is Vesicle. The drug have the receptor on the pre-synaptic membrane which will helps to attract the vesicle for the secretion into the synaptic cleft.The drug here ,has the inhibition action which will suppress the release of vesicles. Here the drug have the action on the “vesicle attraction and release system” of the pre-synaptic membrane. Example: Syntacxin receptor for the release of acetilecholine.

2.This is an Antagonistic action.By attaching to the receptor on the pre-synaptic membrane for the release of vesicle, the drug can suppress the release of vesicle hence the net effect is an antagotistic effect.

3.The specific effect of this particular drug will be prolongs the availability or action of the neurotransmitter in the post-synaptic membrane.
