Conclusion:
"The emergence of term dates back to World War I when used as biological and chemical elements for defence. The term was later used for describing the nuclear weapons also used in wars that resulted in no solution other than destruction of mankind and resources. The ill impact of (WMD) weapon of mass destruction was evident when its trial lead to the destroying and damaging of cities, buildings, and human beings and left no trace of revival of human existence for years. No denial to the fact that it is viewed as a source of threat to human beings and a form of violence ultimately leading to universal destruction, but is still considered strength of many nations who believe that if a rival nation is to be defeated, the attack on their man power should be done.
No doubt it has shifted the focus of countries from their economic state, poverty and unemployment to up surging as powerful by investing in such research which will become a means of WMD. But an undeniable fact is that this chemical, biological andcradiological elements now taken the firm of nuclear weapon will have various detrimental and dreadful outcome if not prevented from emerging in various forms "
