INTRODUCTION
History and system are always a part of the study and research in every field of study and I think to bring something new in any field of study whether it is psychology or any other subject history and system became a base of that study. In the field of psychology history and system have always played an important role, today many types of research and development have done in the field of psychology and history and system help to bring more and more latest results in this area.
I think this field has contributed to our present-day knowledge of human behavior in the field of psychology, as in our history many evidence we can see in our history which helps in the research of human behavior. Yes, we should continue to this in our study so that students get the knowledge and bases of any research from history and system too and that will strengthen their knowledge.
My favorite fact of psychology is how the behavior of an individual can be shaped with the help of conditioning.

Organizational/Industrial Psychology: Do you think the new BIB (Biographic Information Blanks) system will be more effective at helping Google to hire candidates who will be more “well rounded” (i.e., have demonstrated abilities in leadership, teamwork, creativity, etc.)? Why or why not? What alternative ways are there of identifying the kind of “well-rounded” candidates Google is looking for?
