Answer #1

Answer:- yes, there are many types of bacteria present on food leftover which spoils food if it not prevented.

By putting food in refrigerator,it lowers the temperature of food by which growing on it becomes less active as there metabolism decreases but not to very much extent.Refrigerator may prevent food from from spoilage for just 1 or 2 days.

But when food in preserved in freezer at temprature becomes to low and microbes goes in to a stage of dormancy in which they least or no activity to metabolism or reproduction.Hence by freezing food is prevented for longer period than in refrigerator.

freezing is more efficient technique to prevent food from spoilage by the attacks of bacteria and fungi.

You are a scientist studying DNA replication. You have the ability to introduce temperature-sensitive mutations into the bacteria that you are studying (temperature-sensitive mutations work normally at one temperature, but when you raise the temperature a little, the mutation exerts its effect. This allows you to grow colonies with mutations that would otherwise be lethal. The fact that these mutations are temperature sensitive has nothing to do with the problem, other than to make it accurate to how these would...
