The length of the organism is 75 micrometres.

1 cm = 10,000 micrometres

Therefore 75 micrometres = 75/10000 cms

The ration of drawing size: actual size is = 12 cms / (75/10000) cms = 1600

Therefore the ration will be 1600 : 1
