Assume you are hired to write a program for a company that manufactures electronic components. The system is shown in the figure below. A controller stops the take-up spool at a predetermined amount of resistors (75). A worker on the floor then cuts the resistor strip and places it in a kit. Write a program to count and control the number of resistors placed into each kit. THIS HAS TO BE WRITTEN IN LADDER LOGIC.

The controller operates as follows:

·         A start/stop pushbutton station is used to turn the spool motor drive on and off manually.

·         A through-beam sensor counts the resistors as they pass by.

·         A counter preset for 75 (the amount of resistors in each kit) will automatically stop the take-up spool and turn on a lamp when the accumulated count reaches 75.

·         A second counter is provided to count the grand total used.

·         Also, when the system is started, the accumulated value for the counter to 75 is reset.

·         Manual reset buttons are provided for each counter.
