2. Analysis of the requirement
   1. Define the use cases for
      1. Scheduling
      2. Appointment fixing editing
      3. Entry of previous reports
      4. Entry of details of patient and health
      5. Consultation and report generation along with prescription.
3. Design the modules
   1. Dividing the analysed parts into priority tasks and link each user and define the flow.
   2. Sequence is linked to actual movement, say from schedule appointment, to waiting at lobby, details capturing and generating serial no, providing OTP based consult sequence etc.
4. Implementation
   1. Testing the pilots for small set of customer before opening it for all users
   2. Deployment and training of all the staff
5. Maintenance and documentation for alerts
   1. For all use cases risks are analysed and manual intervention is provided with adequate security measures.
