Think about an instance where a public sector leader has acted in an unethical manner and the nuances associated with it such as misusing charismatic authority, miscalculating risk, or unquestioningly accepting a potentially damaging organizational culture. Discuss whether unethical leadership leads to less-than-ideal outcomes. What could have been done to prevent the associated problems from occurring?

it is fact that the unethical leadership resulted in many drawbacks, the outcomes are not ideal in nature, where most of the people or followers suffered alot. In this, the leader works to get self benefited rather then works for the benefit of community as a whole. These kind of people becomes as the cheaters to the community and most of the times they were punished by the people and system in different ways.

For example think about a political representitative, who made many false promises, won in the elections and later they forget everthing. In the next electiosn these kind of people lost the competition to their opponents. It is difficult to understand and prevent who will be like this and what are the wrong promises they made to the community. The leaders should have self discipline, ethics and values, based on these only they must proceed. Otherwise, the results are most disrupts in nature only.
